Delivery Policy

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received, bespoke items may take longer. If we do not have your item/s in stock we will notify you by email and confirm an expected delivery date. Bespoke uniform can take 4/5 weeks and even longer during busy periods. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will be notified via email. For delivery outside the UK please contact us by email at askus@squaddancewear.com and we can confirm a delivery price.

Returns/Exchanges Policy

Squad Dancewear aims to provide the highest quality garments to our customers. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange (see below exclusions). Refunds will only be made once we receive the returned goods in the original condition. Items must be returned to the address stated on the invoice and should arrive back to us within 14 days from date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are not liable to refund postage costs. Please ensure postage is paid for these returned items. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we can’t take responsibility for items lost in the post.

Faulty Items/Repairs

Within 6 weeks of your purchase date, repairs to faulty garments will be undertaken free of charge. All garments are inspected on return and if it is deemed that the garment isn’t faulty, but has been damaged during use, then we may be able to repair the item for a £10 charge, to include postage. If you purchased your garment outside of the 6 week return period, you may have the option to have your garment repaired after you have paid the repair charge. If you are returning a garment to be repaired and it’s been worn, please return freshly washed as we are unable to handle soiled garments – thank you

Boys items, Squad Uniform, Costumes and other bespoke items where stated on our website – are made to order and as such can only be returned if the product is faulty or has been made incorrectly. Please ensure you check the sizing information on our website before ordering.

All personalised items – cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the garment/item or the personalisation element is incorrect as per your order.

Please return with a copy of your original order or with a note stating your order number, name and address and reason for return. Please also state whether you’d like a refund, exchange or repair. All items sent for repair must be clean.
