What is your return policy?
We’re confident you will love what you receive BUT of course, if you aren’t happy, for whatever reason, please return your order within 14 days (one thing though; please don’t forget the items need to be in the original packaging, in the original state, with a reason for your return). However our policy for ‘Design Your Own’ products, bespoke products and for Squad Bespoke Uniforms is different – please read our Returns Policy for more information click here
Within 6 weeks of your purchase date, repairs to faulty garments will be undertaken free of charge. All garments are inspected on return and if it is deemed that the garment isn’t faulty, but has been damaged during use, then we may be able to repair the item for a £10 charge, to include postage. If you purchased your garment outside of the 6 week return period, you may have the option to have your garment repaired after you have paid the repair charge. Please note: if the garment has been worn please return it freshly washed as we are unable to handle soiled garments
Some items are also made to order and therefore cannot be returned – please check the product description for the item you’re ordering.

Please return your garment with a copy of your original order or a note stating the reason for your return, your order number and your name and address. Please also state whether you’d like a replacement or refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive an email to confirm your order and you’ll also receive another email to confirm that your order has been shipped. Uniform orders can take approximately 4 weeks or even longer during busy periods so please order your uniform in plenty of time if you need it for a specific date. Your order will be sent 1st Class – look out for that exciting parcel from Squad Dancewear!

What are the washing instructions for your garments?
All our items are made with the high grade, top quality lycra but to keep them in tip top condition please hand wash them in cold water and line dry. Do not tumble dry. For all non-lycra garments, please see the internal washing label
