When will there be a new range?

You won’t have to wait long! We are working away on ideas for our next range right now and will be bringing you the latest designs and fabrics just as soon as we can. So watch this space!!

Like our Social Media pages and keep checking our website as our new products will be released there as soon as they are ready.

Can I tell you what I love in that hope that you’ll make some more?

We’d love you to!  Please let us know via email or through Social Media and we promise you’ll hear from us.

What is your return policy?

We’re confident you will love what you receive BUT of course, if you aren’t happy for whatever reason, there’s a no quibble, no hassle, 100% money back guarantee within 14 days of receiving your goods (one thing though; please don’t forget the items need to be in the original packaging, in the original state, with a reason for your return). However our policy for ‘Design Your Own’ products and for Squad Bespoke Uniforms is different – please read our Returns Policy for more information – click here

Within 6 weeks of your purchase date, repairs to faulty garments will be undertaken free of charge. All garments are inspected on return and if it is deemed that the garment isn’t faulty, but has been damaged during use, then we may be able to repair the item for a £10 charge, to include postage. If you purchased your garment outside of the 6 week return period, you may have the option to have your garment repaired after you have paid the repair charge.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive an email to confirm your order and you’ll also receive another email to confirm that your order has been shipped.  Uniform orders can take approximately 3 weeks or even longer during busy periods so please order your uniform in plenty of time if you need it for a specific date.  Your order will be sent 1st Class – look out for that exciting pink parcel from Squad Dancewear!

Are your products made in the UK?
Our products are hand made in the UK by highly experienced seamstresses, using the best quality lycra.

Does anyone else sell your products?

We sell through our website and at Dance Exhibitions / Conventions / Selected Stockists.

What are the washing instructions for your garments?
All our items are made with the high grade, top quality lycra but to keep them in tip top condition please hand wash them in cold water and line dry.  Do not tumble dry.
