• Uniform orders are bespoke and hand-made to order and therefore unfortunately cannot be returned unless faulty
• Your order may take approximately 3 to 4 weeks from order. You will receive an email when your order is shipped
• Please measure the child carefully using our size chart, we strongly advise that you don’t just rely on the age guidance found on our sizing page
• If the child is in-between sizing please size up
• Unfortunately we can’t fast track orders for birthdays or exams. We will send your order as soon possible
