How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email.  The estimated dispatch and delivery date will be shown against the products when you place your order. 

If your order contains a mixture of in-stock and bespoke items, you will be given the option at the checkout to split your order to receive the in-stock items first.  If you choose not to split your order, your items will be dispatched when the full order is ready (in-stock items will therefore be sent with your bespoke items).

UK delivery is £4.99 for orders up to £100.  Orders of £100 and over are free to a UK address.  International shipping costs are calculated at the checkout when you enter your address.

UK orders are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service, overseas shipping methods vary.

International Shipments

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. The recipient is solely responsible for any such fees incurred upon delivery.
