Returns Policy

Squad fashion items with the exception of Boys Bespoke Items

We’re confident that you’ll love what you receive but of course, if you aren’t happy for whatever reason, please return your order within 30 days from the date of order for a refund.  Please don’t forget that your order needs to be returned in its original packaging, with the original labels and the item must be unworn.  We do not offer exchanges, if you wish to order a different size, please return your order for a refund and re-order the correct size.  For UK deliveries it will cost you £3.50 to return your order to us, this amount will be deducted from your refund automatically.

For International deliveries please email askus@squaddancewear.com with your order number. When you have received the returns information you can then organise to return the goods back at your cost. You will need to ensure all shipping and duties are paid for. When the item/s are received a refund will then be issued, any unpaid duties/charges will be deducted from the refund. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item is successfully sent back to the address provided. If for any reason the goods are not received, the refund will not be issued.

Once the item/s are received by us, refunds can take up to 10 days.

Bespoke Uniform (including accessories), Branded In-Stock Uniform and Boys bespoke items

We are unable to accept returns for the above items, unless they are faulty, as they are either made-to-order or branded/personalised to order. 

Faulty Items

Please inspect your order on receipt of it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can put it right. Please return your garment using the returns label here. Within the first 6 weeks after the dispatch date, if you feel there is a fault with the item please contact us at askus@squaddancewear.com and explain the issue.  If we consider there to be a fault we will repair the item if that’s possible and replace it if not.  All returned items are inspected and if it is deemed that the item isn’t faulty but has been damaged during use, your garment will be returned to you.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed. If your order is for a Squad Fashion item please follow the returns process once you have received your order.
