Returns Policy

Squad fashion items with the exception of Boys Bespoke Items

We’re confident that you’ll love what you receive but of course, if you aren’t happy for whatever reason, please return your order within 30 days from the date of order for a refund.  Please don’t forget that your order needs to be returned in its original packaging, with the original labels and the item must be unworn.  We do not offer exchanges, if you wish to order a different size, please return your order for a refund and re-order the correct size.  It will cost you £3.50 to return your order to us, this amount will be deducted from your refund automatically.

Bespoke Uniform (including accessories), Branded In-Stock Uniform and Boys bespoke items

We are unable to accept returns for the above items, unless they are faulty, as they are either made-to-order or branded/personalised to order. 

Faulty Items

Please inspect your order on receipt of it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can put it right. Please return your garment using the returns label here. Within the first 6 weeks of ordering if you feel there is a fault with the item please contact us at askus@squaddancewear.com and explain the issue.  If we consider there to be a fault we will repair the item if that’s possible and replace it if not.  All returned items are inspected and if it is deemed that the item isn’t faulty but has been damaged during use, your garment will be returned to you.

Cancellation Policy

For bespoke items you have 24 hours from when you place your order to cancel the order.  After this bespoke items cannot be cancelled.  For non bespoke items you can cancel your order up until the point it has been dispatched.  Once the order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
