How do I sign up?

You can sign up by visiting the loyalty sign up page. You need to create a Dancewear Squad Account and activate it. If you use the same email address you've used to make purchases with us in the past it'll connect up your in-store account to your rewards account!  You will have been earning points on purchases since we went live on 4th October 2025.


Where can I view my points balance?

You can view your points by logging into your account on squaddancewear.com and clicking into your loyalty area.

You'll also be able to add your loyalty card to your Apple or Google wallet where you can see your points by opening your wallet.


How and when do I get my points?

Points are awarded for any Squad Fashion or Squad Uniform purchases.  Points are allocated just after an order has been confirmed as paid by Shopify. 


How do I redeem my points for awards?

Once you have earned £5 worth of points you can convert them into a discount to be used on squaddancewear.com.


What can I use my rewards on?

Once you have enough points you can convert them into a discount to be used on site.  Points can be used to Redeem money off our Fashion Products only and not uniform. Once you have turned points into rewards on the loyalty page you can hit the redemption link to add it straight to your cart.


Can I backdate points from previous purchases?

No, we're very sorry we will not be backdating historic purchases. Our program went live on 4th October 2025, you will not earn points on transactions made before this date.
