How do I sign up?
You need to create a Squad Dancewear Account and activate it.
Where can I view my points balance?
You can view your points by clicking the Squad Rewards icon (bottom left hand side of the Home Screen).
You'll also be able to add your loyalty card to your Apple or Google wallet where you can see your points by opening your wallet.
How long are reward vouchers valid for?
Reward vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
How and when do I get my points?
Points are awarded for any Squad Fashion or Squad Uniform purchases. Points are allocated just after an order has been confirmed.
Spend £1 on fashion or uniform items and earn 1 point – you can redeem your points after you have £5.00 worth of points. For every 250 points earned you will be given a £5.00 voucher to be redeemed against Squad fashion products only. As your points build you will move Tiers as per the information provided below;
Silver Tier - this is the tier you start on.
Gold Tier – once you've reached £500 worth of spend (500 points) on fashion or on uniform, you enter the Gold Tier and receive FREE UK SHIPPING for the following 12 months, and a additional £5 reward voucher. Voucher to be spent on Squad fashion only and to be used within a 6 month period.
Platinum Tier – reach £5,000 worth of spend (5,000 points) via fashion or uniform, you enter the Platinum Tier and receive FREE UK SHIPPING for the following 12 months and an additional £50 reward voucher. Voucher to be spent on Squad fashion only and to be used within 6 months.
After 12 months the points will reset and you start saving again
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Once you have earned £5 worth of points you can convert them into a discount. You can turn your points into rewards on the loyalty page by hitting the redemption link.
What can I use my rewards on?
Points can be used to redeem £5.00 off our Fashion Products only and not uniform.
Can I backdate points from previous purchases?
No, we're very sorry we will not be backdating historic purchases. Our program went live on 4th October 2025, you will not earn points on transactions made before this date.
